South Africa has a lot to celebrate this month and this magazines cover shows it all, through the smile of Model Milan Dixon!

The year, Elle South Africa’s celebrates it’s 19th birthday and South Africa’s celebrates it’s 21st year of democracy.
The ankara print jacket on the cover is from Chu Suwannapha Fall/Winter 2015 collection. They recently debuted this
collection at Menswear Fashion Week South Africa last month. The fabric of the jacket is from Vlisco’s Bloom Collection!
