Fashion Show: Ankara Streets & Genesislevel Tackle the Mannequin Challenge at the CFC Fashion Show

Out of all the internet challenges from the ice bucket challenge to the cinnamon challenge, the mannequin challenge is by far my favorite one.

The mannequin challenge is a short video that shows people standing completely motionless for about a minute. Somebody films the whole scene, winding a camera through the area and sometimes showing up-close shots of the motionless, mannequin-like people. The soundtrack for most of these videos is “Black Beatles” by Rae Sremmurd.

Many people have joined in on the trend including: Beyonce, Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton and Paul McCartney from The Beatles.

This past Thursday, Genesislevel hosted the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) Fashion Show at the Library of Congress in D.C., to raise money for people in need and to feed the homeless. While prepping back stage Ankara Streets, models and other fashion show production members tackled the challenge. Watch the video below.
