• We do not accept order cancellations or refunds. There are some conditions to our exchange policy, so please read them carefully.
  • Please allow 7-21 business days for orders to ship out. Please also check individual product listings for shipping times as well.
  • Exchanges are only allowed to change the size of the product.
  • Ready-to-wear items purchased on the All Things Ankara Marketplace can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. The items must be received within 7 days of the package being delivered to your address. Plan accordingly to allow sufficient time for your order to be exchanged.
  • Exchanges will not be allowed for orders shipped from international countries.
  • Items must be exchanged in a saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, undefective, in its original condition with all tags and labels. All items exchanged must not have a smell of smoke, cologne, perfume and/or pets. Be careful when first trying on items to avoid any damage or make-up marks.

  • Original shipping fees will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for exchange shipping charges.
  • When shipping exchanged items, it is recommended to add a tracking number and insurance. Sellers are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Once your exchange is received and inspected, an email will be sent to you notifying your exchange eligibility. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit for the value of the items exchanged will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to post to your credit card, bank account or original method of payment.
  • Tights, socks, swimsuits, bodysuits, beauty, accessories, sunglasses, jewelry, earrings are not allowed to be exchanged.

  • Requested changes and alterations to custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable.
  • Sale items and final sale items cannot be exchanged.
  • We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. Refunds will not be given for lost or missing packages. If you are having issues with tracking your package, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
