- We do not accept order cancellations or refunds. There are some conditions to our exchange policy, so please read them carefully.
- Please allow 7-21 business days for orders to ship out. Please also check individual product listings for shipping times as well.
- Exchanges are only allowed to change the size of the product.
- Ready-to-wear items purchased on the All Things Ankara Marketplace can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. The items must be received within 7 days of the package being delivered to your address. Plan accordingly to allow sufficient time for your order to be exchanged.
- Exchanges will not be allowed for orders shipped from international countries.
Items must be exchanged in a saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, undefective, in its original condition with all tags and labels. All items exchanged must not have a smell of smoke, cologne, perfume and/or pets. Be careful when first trying on items to avoid any damage or make-up marks.
- Original shipping fees will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for exchange shipping charges.
- When shipping exchanged items, it is recommended to add a tracking number and insurance. Sellers are not responsible for lost packages.
- Once your exchange is received and inspected, an email will be sent to you notifying your exchange eligibility. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit for the value of the items exchanged will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to post to your credit card, bank account or original method of payment.
Tights, socks, swimsuits, bodysuits, beauty, accessories, sunglasses, jewelry, earrings are not allowed to be exchanged.
- Requested changes and alterations to custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable.
- Sale items and final sale items cannot be exchanged.
- We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. Refunds will not be given for lost or missing packages. If you are having issues with tracking your package, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
