At ZIN London customer satisfaction is our top priority and we are confident you will love our products. However, on the odd occasion things don’t work out you can return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt by you.

Please note all international order are final sale.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork and packaging) with tags attached.

Shipping costs are not covered by ZIN London, nor are we liable for any packages that are lost or stolen during transit. We recommend using valid and insured postal service to ensure items are delivered safely.

To initiate a returns request email [email protected] with the following details:

• Order number
• Full name
• Reason for return

Once our customer care team has received this information, we will get back to you with a returns address. Please DO NOT return items to the address label on the back of packaging as this address is prohibited for returns and will delay the process.

ZIN does not currently offer exchanges. if you would like an item exchanged you must return your original item and place another order.
